A team of lawyers who won a mulitmillion-dollar outcome for a famous wrestler is now leading a South Florida lawsuit with ties to New York and Beverly Hills.
Attorneys David Hayes, Kenneth Turkel and Shane Vogt of Bajo | Cuva | Cohen | Turkel in Tampa represent surgeon Simon Ourian, who claims he is the victim of a social media “smear campaign.” Turkel and Vogt were members of the legal team that helped Terry Bollea, or Hulk Hogan, shut down Gawker Media with a $31 million settlement over its publication of his sex tape. They did not respond to a request for comment by deadline.
