Holland & Knight Lands Latin America Energy Pro in Houston

Adrian Talamantes, an energy lawyer who handles Latin America projects and transactions, has joined Holland & Knight‘s Houston office, after 18 months at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Houston.

Talamantes joined Holland & Knight’s Houston office Nov. 19 as a senior counsel in the firm’s Latin America and energy practices. He represents companies and individuals in domestic and international transactions including project development, joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures.
