The majority of disputes resolve at Mediation. Nonetheless, there remain those that impasse. Failure to achieve resolution can often be avoided if advanced adequate thought is given to common potential pitfalls which include ethical issues that may arise.

At a time when in-house legal teams and law firms are under increasing pressure to reduce costs, Richard Byrne, Esq., and Casey Laffey, Esq., will explore the leading reasons why Mediations fail and how to achieve better results.

Join this discussion to learn how investing a modest amount of time in advance of a Mediation session to reflect upon the purpose, logistics and goal of the session can greatly reduce the potential for an impasse, and ultimately save time and money.
