It is that time of the year again, and Like Christmas, it really seems to roll aroundmore quickly every year. It is that time to announce the results of our 2017 Report on Firm Finance. This is our annual report that takes alook into the exciting money matters of Big Law in Texas. So how did their books look this past year? We know there was a lot of activity in many areas of law, not to mention significant firm mergers. How is that reflected in the numbers? Was it a profitable year for firms?
The answer is overall a solid yes. As senior reporter Brenda Sapino Jeffreys reports, it was a very successful year for Big Law in Texas with several top Texas firms posting record financials for 2016.
