The closely watched “one person one vote” election law case Evenwel v. Abbott is set to be argued before the U.S. Supreme Court on Nov. 30, according to an apparently inadvertent post on the court’s website.

The schedule for arguments during the two-week cycle that begins on Nov. 30 has not yet been released. But the court’s official calendar that appears on the main homepage lists the Evenwel argument as set for Nov. 30, along with the criminal procedure case Musacchio v. United States.
