Good morning and welcome to Supreme Court Brief. The justices last week picked up the pace of issuing opinions by handing down five in one day. This week, they complete the term’s scheduled oral arguments and head into the term’s most intense drafting period. This week is also the final oral argument week for Justice Stephen Breyer who will retire at the term’s end. We take a look at the week’s cases and who will be arguing them. Plus, Floyd Abrams’ First Amendment challenge to an SEC “gag” rule has drawn high-profile support from Elon Musk, Mark Cuban and others.
