But first, some wrap-ups of Monday’s action at the court. The U.S. solicitor general confesses rare error in a criminal prosecution. Justices Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch stand alone in wanting to review three religious exemption cases. And, a Texas attorney general has the third seat at counsel’s table in the Texas arguments.
