Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has added another brand name to its patent litigation practice. Clement Roberts, a founding partner of tech litigation boutique Durie Tangri, joined the firm on Friday.

Roberts said he’ll miss his friends at Durie Tangri but could not resist the opportunity to scale up his practice alongside star litigators like Lynne Hermle, Joshua Rosenkranz, Annette Hurst and Melinda Haag. “They’re interested in making IP a real destination practice, and that’s very exciting,” Roberts said.
