After the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision finding required union payments from nonmembers unconstitutional, state Rep. Kate A. Klunk, R-York County, has proposed legislation that she said will ensure workers in Pennsylvania know their rights under Janus v. AFSCME.
In a memo dated July 11, Klunk wrote that amendments she proposes would change Act 195 in the Pennsylvania Constitution.
