An attorney recently sanctioned for posting pictures of a Philadelphia courtroom on social media and using the hashtag #killinnazis has withdrawn from the Xarelto trial that is scheduled to begin next month.

Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Arnold New recently granted Levin Papantonio Thomas Mitchell Rafferty Proctor attorney Ned McWilliams permission to withdraw from Russell v. Janssen Pharmaceuticals, which is scheduled to being trial March 19.
