Kean Miller Expands With Acquisition of Dupuis & Polozola

Louisiana-based Kean Miller, which expanded into Texas in late 2017, is acquiring energy firm Dupuis & Polozola, giving it 10 additional lawyers and two new offices.

Kean Miller, which has an office in Houston, now picks up an office in The Woodlands, led by partner James “Jimmy” Dupuis Jr., and an office in Lafayette, Louisiana, led by partner Kyle Polozola.
