Vigunas is a partner of the banking & financial services practice, representing financial institutions and corporations in complex financings. He also advises on regulatory issues. Vigunas was elected partner in January 2018, according to the firm. He graduated from Villanova University School of Law, and earned an M.B.A. from Villanova. He graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware.
