Ian T. Hammett was named of counsel to Mason, Griffin & Pierson in Princeton. Hammett earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A. from Drew University. He has more than 30 years of experience in estates and trusts, real estate law, business law, chancery practice, probate litigation, and local government law. Hammett is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association. He was previously with the firm of Kenny Chase & Costa in Hamilton.

John PassanteSinger & Fedun in Belle Mead hired John Passante as an associate, focusing on counseling families of all configurations on family formation and protection, including surrogacy, adoption, parenting agreements, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, gamete donor contracts, and estate and life planning documents. He also handles real estate and general civil litigation. Prior to joining Singer & Fedun, Passante taught law courses to undergraduates at New Jersey City University. He previously worked as a legal and educational consultant at CourtTV. Passante served as a judicial clerk to Passaic County Assignment Judge Robert J. Passero. Passante is licensed in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He earned his law degree from American University’s Washington College of Law and his master’s of education from Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Education. Passante graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers University, Rutgers College.
