The Justice Virginia Long Family Law American Inn of Court hosted its monthly program on May 10, 2018, at the Culinary Conference Center at Hudson Community College in Jersey City. The program, “Investigative Resources for Family Lawyers,” consisted of a panel presentation by two of its members: associate John Barone and master Eileen Rhea Tulipan. The program illustrated the spectrum of investigative resources available to supplement traditional discovery mechanisms in family law. Barone demonstrated how family law attorneys can harness these investigative resources to acquire evidence through government databases, public and private search engines, and information clearinghouses.
