Thomas Curtin helped found Graham Curtin three decades ago and last year took steps toward a succession plan that culminated this year with the firm’s acquisition by McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter. His firm’s reputation as a formidable litigation shop mirrored his own reputation as a practitioner in New Jersey. To go along with many notable cases and clients, Curtin was president of the New Jersey State and Morris County bar associations, and has been active in leadership in the American Bar Association, as well as in various other court and professional groups.
