For lawyers, finding time is not easy. But mentors make time to be leaders: thought leaders, leaders to the up-and-coming generation of practitioners, and leaders in their practice and industry areas. Mentorship has been an element of Law Journal recognitions over the years, but it is a form of excellence unto itself, and it’s high time that attorneys be recognized specifically for what they do as mentors. Doing so not only spotlights people and accomplishments that might otherwise be merely footnoted; it also, we hope, encourages other members of the profession to look for opportunities, however small, to follow suit.

We congratulate the below honorees chosen as Law Journal Mentors.

  • Kathleen Connelly, Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper
  • Scott Parker, Parker Ibrahim & Berg
  • David Rosen, Sills Cummis & Gross
  • Mark Wechsler, Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost
  • Gary Young, Scarinci Hollenbeck
