Morristown-based Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti brought on board Natalya G. Johnson, who joins the labor and employment group as an associate. She focuses on counseling management in employment-related matters. Johnson regularly litigates in state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums. Her clients range from nonprofit organizations to Fortune 500 companies. Johnson earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Cornell University.  At Cornell Law, she was the general editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and member of the Moot Court Board. Johnson served on the executive board of directors of the Cornell Law School Alumni Association and the Garden State Bar Association. She is also a member of a committee for lawyers supporting Volunteer Lawyers for Justice.

Cole Schotz announced that Robert M. DiPisa and David S. Gold have been elevated to partners, effective Jan. 1, 2018. The two are resident in the firm’s Hackensack office.

DiPisa is a member in the firm’s real estate department. He counsels developers, real estate equity and opportunity funds, real estate investment trusts, investors, owners and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. His practice includes advising clients with respect to acquisitions, dispositions, development and retail leasing, and management, financing and construction of commercial, retail, industrial and multi-unit residential properties. DiPisa earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his B.S. from Fordham University.
