China's Han Kun Expands Hong Kong Office With Simpson Thacher Hires

Han Kun Law Offices has recruited two senior lawyers in Hong Kong from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.

Capital markets lawyers Ethle Tang and Tao Li join Han Kun as partners with its Hong Kong associate firm Miao & Co. Both advise on Hong Kong Stock Exchange-related securities offerings and M&A matters.
