The Delaware Court of Chancery has set an October trial date in CBS Corp.’s legal battle with controlling shareholder Shari Redstone for control of the media giant.
Chancellor Andre G. Bouchard on Monday approved an agreement by the parties to open a five-day trial on Wednesday, Oct. 3 in Wilmington. The proceedings are scheduled to last through Oct. 9, with trial slated to begin at 9:15 a.m. each day, according to a nine-page order.
