Noting a 50-trial win streak he enjoyed from 2003 to 2015, the Daily Report wrote that over more than 30 years representing defendants in medical-malpractice cases, Paul Weathington “has acquired a depth of knowledge so that he can sound like a doctor. … But he enjoys a success with jurors that comes from telling his stories in a way that’s simple yet animated.”

Weathington, of Weathington McGrew, continued that success in 2017, including four trial wins and multiple summary judgments. In one Muscogee County case, a jury leveled a $26 million verdict against a hospital and an employee—but it cleared a pulmonologist represented by Weathington.
