Federal Judge Timothy J. Corrigan‘s ruling in favor of 17-year-old plaintiff Drew Adams means that he will no longer be denied access to the boys’ bathroom at Allen D. Nease High School in Ponte Vedra, Florida.

Adams’ mother, Erica Adams Kasper, filed the suit in the Middle District of Florida on her son’s behalf, and it became the first of its kind to go to bench trial in the United States.
