Coral Gables attorney Tal J. Lifshitz of Kozyak Tropin Throckmorton received approval from the District Court of Massachusetts for a $4.6 million settlement to resolve a class action suit with JPMorgan Chase & Co. after five years of litigation.
The lawsuit was brought on behalf of almost 200 investors who claimed they were cheated in a Ponzi scheme led by convicted fraudster William Wise.
