Friday’s filing deadline that set the judicial election lineup for the Aug. 28 primary shows that at least three South Florida judges will have to fight for their seat on the bench.
Among them: Miami-Dade incumbent David Miller, whose closely watched race sparked controversy when his opponent’s law firm filed last month to disqualify him from dozens of cases.
