A psychiatric services worker who claims she was wrongfully terminated after complaining of alleged abuse has filed a lawsuit in federal court.
In her lawsuit, which was moved from Superior Court to the U.S. District Court of the District of Connecticut on Thursday, Barbara Joseph claims she witnessed and reported a supervisor verbally and physically abusing clients at Keystone House in Norwalk.
