In an ongoing fight to protect its attorney-client privilege, Michigan State University has filed a motion to quash a search warrant served by the state Attorney General’s Office as part of the state’s investigation into how the school handled the Larry Nassar sexual abuse scandal.
A hearing is scheduled for July 13 on the motion to quash in Michigan’s Ingham County district court. The search warrant and subsequent motion were filed last week.
