Noble Energy Inc. has named a new general counsel. Rachel Clingman has taken over the legal post for the Houston-based oil and gas company, according to an announcement Monday.
According to a Monday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Clingman will serve as Noble’s general counsel, senior vice president and corporate secretary.
