Richard Werber, an Herbalife Ltd. lawyer who was named acting general counsel last summer, has been promoted to chief legal officer.
The Los Angeles-based nutrition and supplement company announced that Werber will assume his new position effective May 1. At the same time, current senior vice president, deputy GC and chief compliance officer Henry Wang will become executive vice president and general counsel.
