Please allow 1–3 business days for processing all shipments. Orders shipped from multiple locations may arrive separately and at different times. Weekend delivery is not available, and we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Books

The following criteria must be met for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (excluding shipping and handling).

Print books must be returned in resalable condition.
eBooks can be refunded as long as they have not been downloaded.
For print/digital bundles, simply return the print book within 30 days to:

The Law.com Scholar online library now includes AI-powered features that help you get fast answers from the books you’ve purchased. Online books become ineligible for a refund once any AI feature has been used (for example: asking a question, generating an answer, or using AI-powered recommendations)

Book Subscriptions

Book subscriptions renew automatically so you always receive the latest updates. During each subscription term, you will receive updated versions of your selected books at no additional cost.

You may cancel the automatic renewal of a future term at any time by emailing [email protected].

Subscriptions to books are auto-renewed to avoid disruptions in service. To ensure you remain up-to-date with the latest developments, during each subscription term we will automatically send you any updated versions of the books you select as soon as they are available throughout the year at no additional cost. You may cancel automatic renewal for any future term by simply contacting us at [email protected].

Periodical Subscriptions: You may cancel any periodical subscription at any time and receive a full refund for all un-mailed print issues.

Surveys: ALM Legal Intelligence Surveys are NON-returnable.
