Zayo Group Holdings, a provider of communications infrastructure services, sued Beeline Utilities LLC Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court for allegedly severing an underground fiber-optic cable system. The court action was brought by The Sandifer Law Firm and Hall, Estill, Hardwick, Gable, Golden & Nelson. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-03796, Zayo Group LLC v. Beeline Utilities LLC.
