Counsel at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough on Tuesday removed an insurance lawsuit against LifeShield National Insurance Company to South Carolina District Court. The complaint was filed by attorney John R. Peace on behalf of Stacy Zabrycki. The case is 8:20-cv-03456, Zabrycki v. LifeShield National Insurance Company.
