Walmart and Nestle USA were hit with a deceptive advertising and labeling class action Thursday in Florida Southern District Court over Nestle's Coffee Mate Original Powdered Coffee Creamer. The lawsuit, which alleges the product does not contain over 500 servings as advertised on the label, was filed by Southern Atlantic Law Group; the law office of Howard W. Rubinstein and the law office of L. DeWayne Layfield. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 0:21-cv-61443, Yonan v. Walmart et al.
