Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld sued the U.S. government Wednesday in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on behalf of Workhorse Group Inc. The suit challenges the U.S. Postal Service decision to award a multibillion contract for the manufacture of a new fleet of delivery vehicles to OshKosh Defense.
