Johanna Schmitt and Eric Loverro of Kirkland & Ellis have entered appearances for Dick's Sporting Goods in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The action, filed Oct. 24 in New York Eastern District Court by Garson, Segal, Steinmetz, Fladgate on behalf of Wooter, accuses the defendant of selling merchandise with Wooter's infinity symbol mark without authorization.
