Kline & Specter filed a medical malpractice lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court against Youngs Apothecary and Dr. Henry Lindner. The suit was brought on behalf of a plaintiff claiming injuries from excessive doses of steroids. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:23-cv-00806, Wolking et al v. Lindner et al.
