Water cooler supplier Quench USA was sued on April 15 in Texas District Court for Harris County over subrogation claims. The lawsuit, in connection with underlying property damage stemming from an allegedly negligent installation, was brought by Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig on behalf of National Fire Insurance Co. of Hartford.
