Shell Chemical and Excel Modular Scaffolding and Leasing Corp. were hit with a personal injury lawsuit on March 20 in Texas District Court for Harris County. The court case was brought by Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner on behalf of Juan Lopez, who contends that he sustained injuries after a forklift driver employed by Excel negligently struck him from behind while he was walking down a corridor at Shell's Deer Park Texas refinery.
