American Family Insurance and other defendants were slapped with an insurance lawsuit on April 11 in Ohio Court of Common Pleas for Montgomery County. The court case, for underinsured/uninsured motorist claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Cowan & Hilgeman on behalf of Pamela S. Fannon. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2024 CV 02139, Pamela S Fannon v. American Family Insurance.
