Johnson & Johnson was named in a false advertising class action on April 16 in Missouri Circuit Court for St. Louis County. The suit, filed by Harvath Law Group, contends that the label for the defendant's Neutrogena T/Sal Therapeutic Shampoo is misleading because it describes the product as 'Preservative Free' when the shampoo contains citric acid and salicylic acid, well-known preservatives.
