Volkswagen Group of America was slapped with a breach-of-warranty lawsuit on April 11 in Missouri Circuit Court for St. Louis County. The court action, for claims under the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, was filed by Lemon Law Group Partners on behalf of the purchasers of a new 2022 Audi e-tron vehicle. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 24SL-CC01660, James Norberg Et Al V Volkswagen Group Of America.
