3M was slapped with an employment discrimination lawsuit on March 18 in Minnesota 2nd Judicial District for Ramsey County. The lawsuit was brought by Halunen Law on behalf of a senior director of applications engineer who contends that he was wrongfully terminated after he was accused of using a swear word while working abroad with his team in India. The suit also pursues national origin and age discrimination claims. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 62-CV-24-1474, Terrence Ceulemans vs 3M Company.
