Curaleaf was hit with a breach-of-contract lawsuit on Sept. 20 in Connecticut Superior Court for New Haven. The suit, brought by Lynch, Traub, Keefe & Errante on behalf of O. Berk Co. of New England, pertains to payment for over one million custom-made jars and lids. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is NNH-CV-23-6136203-S, O.
