Nonni's Foods LLC was hit with a consumer class action on Oct. 19 in Connecticut Superior Court for Fairfield (Bridgeport) over its limone biscotti products. The complaint, filed by Levin-Epstein & Associates, contends that the product's packaging misleads consumers into thinking the product is flavored naturally from lemons despite being flavored artificially. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is FBT-CV-23-6128223-S, Conley, Iesha v. Nonni's Foods LLC.
