CooperSurgical and other defendants were hit with a product liability lawsuit on Feb. 20 in Connecticut Superior Court for Fairfield. The case was brought by Moskow Law Group and Ben Martin Law Group on behalf of a plaintiff claiming injuries from an implant intended for birth control. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is FBT-CV-24-6131569-S, Grubb, Abby v. Coopersurgical Inc. Et Al.
