Sean J. Quinn of Smith, Gambrell & Russell has entered an appearance for FrontLine Asset Strategies in a pending lawsuit for claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The suit was filed Dec. 22 in Indiana Northern District Court by John Steinkamp & Associates on behalf of Dennis Willoughby. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Holly A.
