Counsel at Littler Mendelson on Friday removed an employment lawsuit against Jacobs Engineering Group to Florida Middle District Court. The suit, filed by attorney Marie A. Mattox on behalf of Black utility worker, alleges race discrimination and retaliation. The case is 3:22-cv-00026, Williams v. Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. et al.
