Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott member William S. Myers has entered an appearance for Allied Universal in a pending lawsuit over alleged pregnancy-based employment discrimination. The action was filed Dec. 29 in Pennsylvania Western District Court by the Workers' Rights Law Group on behalf of a security guard. The case, assigned to U.S. Magistrate Judge Patricia L. Dodge, is 2:23-cv-02171, Williams v. Allied Universal.
