Matthew C. Kane and Katherine Ondeck Kent of Baker & Hostetler have entered appearances for Teledyne FLIR, a provider of products, software, instrumentation and engineered systems, and Teledyne Technologies in a pending employment lawsuit. The complaint was filed June 17 in Maryland District Court by attorney Kerrie L. Campbell on behalf of a former senior business development manager who alleges that she was subjected to gender discrimination, unequal payment, retaliation and wrongful termination. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Stephanie A. Gallagher, is 1:24-cv-01761, White v. Teledyne Technologies Incorporated et al.
