Counsel at Burns White on Tuesday removed a medical malpractice lawsuit against Virtua Willingboro Hospital and other defendants to New Jersey District Court. The suit was filed by Fine and Staud on behalf of Patricia White, who contracted COVID-19 and suffered multiple fractures due to alleged staff negligence. The case is 3:21-cv-16601, White v. Community Options, Inc. et al.
