Attorneys at Jackson Lewis on Tuesday removed an employment discrimination lawsuit against Lockheed Martin to Florida Middle District Court. The suit was filed by Jill S. Schwartz & Associations on behalf of a transgender female who claims that she was subjected to sexual harassment, discrimination, assault and retaliation as a result of her gender. The case is 6:22-cv-00966, Whitaker v. Lockheed Martin Corporation.
