Matthew S. McConnell and Ashley Hirano of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton have stepped in to represent Aevex Aerospace and Merlin Global Services in a pending lawsuit over alleged wage-and-hour violations. The case was filed May 20 in California Southern District Court by Parmet on behalf of hourly paid drone mechanics employed by the defendants. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Roger T Benitez, is 3:21-cv-00970, Westmorlan v. Merlin Global Services LLC et al.
